What is a fast diet and how do I follow it?

To successfully implement this diet, you need to opt for lean proteins and consume a daily quantity of between 150 and 200 g. Lean proteins include fish, shellfish, lean ham, skinless poultry, soya, dairy products, etc.

Secondly, eat as much as you like of vegetables and fruit rich in water, fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Lastly, add 100 g of starchy foods.

Physical activity in parallel with dieting is highly recommended: swimming, jogging, aquagym, etc.

Other types of product have the virtue of acting as a catalyst, accelerating the weight-loss process significantly. These products are effective and can significantly accelerate the weight loss process. They can also save time and improve the final slimming result.
